MaxiPac®

MaxiPac® is Clark Solutions’ liquid-liquid coalescer based on a structured medium of corrugated metal plates, designed to maximize contact between dispersed phase droplets and promote efficient coalescence. Its structural design allows for high flow rates within the same vessel diameter, combining high separation efficiency with good hydraulic capacity. The corrugated geometry enhances droplet capture and the drainage of the separated phase, making it a technically advanced solution for optimizing existing vessels or designing more compact systems, provided it is applied in low-fouling systems and properly sized.
