PlatePack®

PlatePack® is Clark Solutions’ liquid-liquid coalescer composed of parallel metal plate modules, designed to accelerate the coalescence of dispersed droplets and significantly increase separation efficiency compared to empty vessels. The spacing between plates is carefully defined to balance performance and robustness, enabling applications with varying levels of fouling and solids content. Manufactured from various stainless steels and special alloys, PlatePack® is a reliable solution for both revamps and new projects, delivering efficient and stable separation when properly sized for the process conditions.
