MaxiCap® is Clark Solutions’ Bubble-Cap tray solution, designed to offer high vapor-liquid contact efficiency even under very low liquid flow rates and wide vapor flow variations, ensuring stable performance under challenging operating conditions. Its construction design significantly reduces the risk of liquid leakage between trays, enhances process reliability, and provides greater robustness against fouling or corrosion scenarios. It is a technically sound alternative for applications requiring high turndown, although it involves higher pressure drop and initial investment—factors that must be considered in proper system sizing.
