MaxiValve®

MaxiValve® is Clark Solutions’ valve tray technology, developed to offer high operational capacity and efficient pressure drop control, enabling greater design flexibility and energy optimization of the column. Available in fixed or movable valve versions, it combines good hydraulic performance and high mass transfer efficiency. Notably, fixed valves can achieve up to 50% turndown and significantly lower pressure drop compared to bubble-cap trays, while maintaining operational robustness. Proper valve type selection ensures reliability and consistent performance under stable operating conditions.
