Introduction

Description
The separation process consists of three stages:

How the Water Inlet and Outlet System Works
At the bottom of the tower, the liquid is split into two areas. The first, known as the “clean side”, contains the liquid that recirculates back to the packed column. It overflows to the second area, the “dirty side”, which recirculates the liquid used to wash out ash. This liquid, heavily loaded with solids, exits the system with very low levels of liquid effluent.
Water and caustic (soda) are added only to the clean side, and system discharge occurs only from the dirty side.
Conclusion
The MaxiJet system has proven to be highly effective in removing a wide range of contaminants, while also reducing the need for wastewater treatment. It is simple, compact, and efficient.
As a future improvement, a filter can be added to separate ash particles, making the system even cleaner and more efficient.
